'Think like a candidate...'

Recruiting the right person with the right skills is often a critical challenge for smaller businesses. You want your recruitment adverts to stand out amongst those of competitors for all the right reasons.


There are loads of ways to attract great candidates, but it's difficult to run through them all in under 3 minutes 🙂. Instead, I've focused this time on the general benefits of 'walking the floor', which means considering your recruitment advertising and processes from a candidate perspective. It's so important, yet in my experience many employers forget to do it!
